About Me

I have been extremely lucky in my life time to achieve most of all I ever dreamed of. Not always in the way I’d expected or at the time I first wished it would happen……

Family, children and a burning desire to become first a nurse, then later on a counselor and hypnotherapist!

An age ago I was married for 23 years; for this I am very grateful as the result is 4 beautiful children, 3 sons, 1 daughter, 7 grandchildren, a wonderful family including a friendly ex husband.

In 1987 I attended Monash University at Frankston for 3 years and became a Registered Nurse

In 1990 I Joined the RAAF at 42 years of age.  One of the oldest junior nursing officers in Australia!  Had to learn how to abseil, rock climb, fire a rifle, pistol and escape being gassed……..After the initial training I worked as a nursing officer for 7 years, a wonderful experience and 2nd chance for me as I had joined the Army in England at 17 to become a nurse (the right age to do it), but left to return to a  sad boy friend and get married!

In 2001 my passion to understand the human mind led me to study for and complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Nursing-psychiatric studies at Melbourne University

In 2004 I studied and gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and have spent the last 4 years practicing my new found skills.

2008 is the year for me to share these skills and some of the knowledge I have gained over a lifetime to help you motivate yourself to change whatever in your life you need to be able to fulfill your own dreams, hopes and desires,
